It's amazing to some of us, particularly those of us who have children. Giving birth is amazing, too. Many things in life are amazing, recognized by some, taken for granted by others. One day you may think it's amazing, too. Maybe not.

It´s just far more comfortable. And to avoid backaches, the first months is best to use a brestfeeding cushion, shaped as an u.

my 1st full term baby was bottle fed at less then 24 hours by the NNU nurse, I did not make it in time for the bottle feed, I was telephoned to come from upstairs to go downstairs & feed her, i didn't make it, she was a champ at bottle feeding, she kept demanding the 4 hour feeds. drinking them all fast flow teat, but because she could only drink from the bottle & had trouble with breastfeeding attempts, healthy babies can breastfeed, it meant she was sick still, She never learnt to breast feed.

hey if the baby bites the nipple too hard some times, is it because he/she is not getting enough milk or is it because he/she doesnt want any milk?

Why don't you ban men's nipples if you are so offended by this body part? Both men and women have nipples. Why are they offensive only on women? The sky doesn't fall when children see men's nipples and the sky won't fall if children see women's nipples. Grow up fool and legalize topfree equality for women and girls now. We need it badly in the USA because it will desexualize the female breast and make nursing in public easier for moms.
